• 5+ years of experience in operations, sys admin, business systems roles
• Has owned Systems end to end
• Experience with Google workspace
• Experience managing SaaS platforms, IAM and security
• Vendor management
• High priority to take over Amazon SPP permissioning, user onboarding/offboarding processes
• Leverage MSP for designated projects and tasks, but manage in house functions for onboarding/offboarding and provisioning
• Will be owning company tech stack, cost analysis, vendor management, etc...

Biggest Pain Point to solve in the first 90 days-

• Relieve burden of permissioning and highly sensitive tasks from cofounder/CMO, collect and update all device & tech stack info, do cost analysis and take over vendor management
